RJ : Enterprise Growth : Revenue Leadership : GTM

I build the commercial systems that turn enterprise complexity into durable growth.

01 / Point of view

The idea that has shaped my career

Enterprise growth is not owned by one function.

It is created when strategy, demand, sales, solutions, customer experience, technology, data, and economics operate as one accountable system.

Most companies do not lack ambition. They struggle with fragmentation: powerful functions optimizing their own work while the customer experiences the seams. The result is activity without velocity—more tools, more handoffs, more meetings, and less shared accountability.

My work has been to build the connective tissue. I align the market choice with the operating model, the revenue motion with the customer journey, and the technology agenda with the economics of growth. The goal is not transformation theater. It is a system people can run.

Build the system.
Not the silos.
02 / Evidence at scale

The work is measured in businesses built, markets moved, and capabilities that endure.

Selected outcomes across telecommunications, technology, software, and advisory.

03 / The story

Five impact chapters. One through-line.

From operator to enterprise growth architect.

01Verizon · Global Enterprise

Making a global enterprise move as one

Leading 1,400 specialists and engineers across more than 20 countries, I connected market strategy, account priorities, solutions, engineering, and field execution so expertise could travel across the enterprise.

02Verizon Wireless · B2B

Turning B2B into the growth engine

Together, a 900-person marketing, sales-operations, and support organization built a demand-led B2B engine that supplied the group’s net account additions, launched five purpose-built business plans and the “Ready” brand platform, and advanced 5G from a network story into a business-connectivity proposition.

03Charter / Spectrum

Building a growth platform from zero

Spectrum Mobile was an all-hands enterprise build. My focus was the mobile product portfolio, commercial value proposition, and pricing model—helping the team bring differentiated wireless and device propositions to market at scale.

04Accenture Song

Transforming the front office for the AI era

Today, I help enterprises reimagine growth end to end—from demand to lead to order to cash to retain—combining operating-model design with data, automation, AI, and the realities of adoption.

05EchoStar · Vertafore

Adapting the growth system to the moment

From enterprise wireless at EchoStar to PE-backed software at Vertafore, I applied the same discipline: make the value proposition clearer, the revenue motion more coherent, and the organization more capable of executing.

04 / The revenue operating system

How I approach the work

Design the enterprise around the way growth actually happens.

The system begins with one market ambition and ends with measurable customer and enterprise value.

  1. 01

    Choose

Make explicit choices about markets, customers, value, and economic ambition.

  2. 02

    Connect

Align the customer journey, commercial motions, decision rights, data, and technology.

  3. 03

    Operationalize

Translate strategy into cadence, capacity, accountability, and front-line behavior.

  4. 04

    Learn

Use performance signals and AI to make the system faster, smarter, and more adaptive.

The system is only as strong as the leadership behind it.

05 / What I believe now

AI will not fix the fractures

Intelligence amplifies the system already there.

AI does not arrive in a neutral enterprise. It enters existing data boundaries, decision rights, incentives, workflows, and customer journeys. When those elements are fractured, intelligence scales the fracture: more output, faster local optimization, and greater inconsistency.

The leadership task is to repair the commercial system first—then embed intelligence where it can improve a shared decision, remove a broken handoff, or accelerate customer value.

AI is a force multiplier. The operating model determines what it multiplies.
